For Switzerland or another non-EU origin, confirm the relevant national requirements with the appointed provider. Give the team the actual collection country even if you expect the shipment to leave through a terminal elsewhere.
Ask about vehicles, commercial stock, new purchases and restricted items before packing. The household service quotation should not be treated as approval to ship every item.
Review the KRA returning-resident guidance with the appointed licensed clearing agent if you are returning to Kenya. Eligibility and documentation depend on your circumstances; moving from Europe does not automatically make household goods duty-free. Confirm the anticipated destination charges before shipping.
