Our Values
These are not mission statement words. These are the commitments we make to every customer on every move.
The price we quote is the price you pay. We do not add charges after the survey, during the move, or at the destination. Every cost is disclosed upfront and in writing before we begin.
We show up when we say we will. Move day planning is stressful enough without a moving company that arrives late or does not call. Our team is on time, every time, or we communicate in advance.
We handle every item as if it belongs to us. Fragile items are individually wrapped. Furniture is protected before loading. Nothing is rushed at the expense of the safety of your belongings.
Every move is fully insured. Report damage promptly with your booking details and photographs. We will explain the claims process; settlement is subject to the applicable policy terms and assessment. We stand behind the service we provide.
Our movers are background-checked, uniformed, and trained. They arrive prepared, work efficiently, and treat your home and your belongings with respect throughout the move.
Space Move Kenya is a Nairobi business employing Nairobi people. We are invested in the communities we work in and committed to delivering a service that reflects well on our city.
